Forever Spaces is fully committed to ensuring that the cost of your installation is clear and fully agreed and understood before the project starts.

Once the sale price is agreed and deposit taken, the price of your goods and services is fixed and remains in line with the payment schedule.

Should additional products or labour be requested or required this will be quoted and invoiced as a separate item, subject to your agreement.


Furniture (including kitchen and bathrooms doors and carcases), worktops and wardrobes are manufactured to order, and on this basis returns regrettably cannot be accepted.

Bathroom and kitchens accessories and components can be returned, provided they are still in their boxes, and the boxes have not been opened or damaged. There is a restocking charge of 25% of RRP.

We order 20% extra tiles at no charge to you, to allow for breakages onsite. Tile returns are permitted on quantities of over 20% of the breakages amount, provided tiles are not damaged and still in their packaging.


The deposit is completely refundable within the first 24 hours of you confirming you would like to go ahead and paying your deposit.  After the 24 hour cooling off period, orders will have been sent for production and costs incurred, therefore no refund can be provided.

Forever Spaces strives to give as much information as possible to ensure all clients are confident with the detailed design and consultation, and the comprehensive plans created from measurements taken at the client’s home. Material samples and wardrobe displays are also made available to show the quality and finish.

Missing or damaged items

After the installation process has started, if there are any damaged or missing goods, we will endeavour to fast track the missing or damaged items during the production process.

Forever Spaces will attempt to liaise direct with you to ensure as smooth a resolution as possible. However, please be aware that missing or damaged components may delay the installation completion date.


The Forever Spaces joinery team will call to carry out a site survey to ensure all measurements are correct.

Once production has agreed a delivery date, Forever Spaces will contact you to arrange a suitable installation appointment. Depending on our schedule, delivery and installation can be between 6 and 10 weeks, depending upon the project scope.

Should there be damage to carpets or walls during the installation process, Forever Spaces will endeavour to repair these damaged areas.
